Employment Of College Graduates Management System

The employment of college graduates has become the focus of the whole society. In recent years, as college enrollment is growing year after year, pressure on employment management is generated by a raising number of graduates. In this situation, if the graduates are still using the traditional management approach, not only makes working inefficient, but the quality is not high, and very prone to error. Therefore, it is necessary to the establish an information management system of employment in university.In this paper, information technology used in the management of the employment of college graduates are analyzed and discussed, job management with business processes and participants are concerned, then functional requirements and non-functional requirements of the information management system of employment is determined and the system of employment is designed and developed. This system provides a comprehensive service for different users and make a positive contribution to improve efficiency of employment management work and enhance the management quality.System uses the B/S architecture, use ASP.NET technology to develop WEB information management system, use ADO.NET to connect applications and databases, using SQL SERVER 2000 which is very popular as database server, use IIS server which is a mainstream choice as WEB server. The development model, system development work is done in strict accordance with request of Rapid Prototyping Model.System consists of five functional modules:system login module to identify the different types of users and to prevent illegal user login; graduates user module, students can edit your personal information and your resume, search for business information and recruiting information, online job application, etc.; business users module, through the system, business users can publish job information and view the posts of applications and search for graduate resume, take the initiative to search for the conditions in line with their recruitment of graduates; head of faculty employment modules, each faculty responsible person can tracking and manage the employment situation of the student by this module, they can also view information of corporate recruitment; system administrator module, system administrators can issue a press release and other information and check all kinds of users'published information, playing an important role to ensure the system run regularly and correctly.After complete the development of each modules of the system, a rigorous test through the system was done, the test results show that the system meets the actual state of the real work in the management of the employment of college graduates in university, each functional module is working correctly, it is an effective system.
