The Desing And Implementation Of Voacational College Graduation Inforamtion Management System Based On ASP.NET Technology

With the rapid development of database and network technology, all sorts ofinformationization construction have been made significant progress, especially in thefield of education. And all kinds of business application systems have graduallydeveloped to run on the campus network, including some of the higher vocationalinstitutions which have achieved the daily management of the graduate design andemployment practice teaching. Graduation procedure is considered as the last step forthe students educated in vocational colleges and the last practical teaching before theyenter the workplace. Because graduation design is a comprehensive assessment ofstudents’ abilities and it makes management procedures more complex. Large numbersof personnel are involved while the information construction is one of the weakest steps,and most vocational institutions are still stuck in the manual or semi-information state.The thesis focuses on remodeling the business requirements in the process ofgraduation design management in order to guarantee the improvement of students’practical abilities. In order to solve the inefficiencies and easily-made errors in thetraditional graduation design management mode in vocational colleges, networkprogramming and database technology are used to achieve a set of vocational collegesdesign information management system under the distributed network environment.Firstly, the whole system requirements model and design diagram is acquired and basedon the application of Object-Oriented Modeling Techniques (UML) according to theactual needs of the management of practical teaching of the vocational colleges graduatedesign. Model design has the versatility to suit different specifications and is fit fordifferent standards and types of vocational institutions. Secondly, the technologyroadmap has developed maturely. It is based on Microsoft. NET. Thirdly, the matureapplication platform uses the Microsoft Visual Studio Net2005development tools tocomplete the system interface design. Finally, Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) isused to design the external framework of the webpage. Use C#Language processing torealize the separation of interface design and code function. At the same time, on thebasis of a full investigation, system design and realization is in strict accordance with the development of software engineering theory, system design and implementation.Development methodology is combined with structured and object-oriented analysistechnology and uses the UML modeling language to complete functional requirements,the overall framework, function modules and the main contents of the database designin the vocational college graduation project (thesis) management system. The systemmodule can be divided into student users, teacher users and the system administratorusers. Informationization management can be carried out in the process of graduatedesign management. The system features include: two-way students topics, topics,personal information management, online communication, reporting and publishing ofthe teachers’ subject, the revise of the topics’ information, the schedule for thegraduation arrangements and code implementation of the system management module.All are presented to all network users timely and accurately in the form of Web page.Graduate design management system has been tested before released. The testresults show its normal function, reasonable interface design and accord with theexpected design goals. The development and application of graduate designmanagement information system norms the workload of the management of all aspectsof the educational administrators and secretaries, and it can improve managementefficiency and monitor the process of graduate design management to provide technicalsupport for students in vocational colleges to improve graduation practical abilities.
