Radio communication signal monitoring plays a very important role in radiomanagement, electronic warfare and other fields. In the condition of non-cooperatecommunication, we generally search for signals at some appointed location, andestimate or measure parameters, such as carrier frequency, signal energy, modulateinformation etc. In the first instance, we must search and detect signals which is aprecondition for data acquirement. The search detection is under the premise ofacquisition in others signals, automatic modulation analysis is a foundation forinformation recover. This thesis studies three key technologies which is automaticsignals searching, modulation recognition, as well as parameter estimation. In addition,the relevant algorithms have been realized on satellite communication signal processingplatform. The main work can be summarized as follows:1. Some key points in the process of system realization are discussed in detail,which are the basic frame of software radio, signal searching, modulate recognition andparameter estimation, the selection and realization of effective algorithms.2. By making researches on practice task, system demand is analyzed, virtualinstrument technology and LabVIEW programming technique is studied, and thendatabase and system framework is designed.3. By describing a flow chart of monitoring system, some function modules aremarked off as spectrum monitoring, signal search, modulation recognition, signaldemodulation, as well as signals information database management. Finally, thesemodules are implemented.4. A system is fully assembled with those modules, which are tested separately. Forthe sake of checking up function and performance of system, a testing is executed undera systematic scheme.
