The Design And Implement Of Google Maps Application Module In Smart Line-Patrol System

Smart Line-patrol System was developed according to the actual needs of the telecommunications patrol system. It was developed through a combination of GPS positioning technology, GSM/GPRS transmission technology, GIS technology and database technology to achieve intelligent, automated patrol management and real-time patrol location functions.Geographic-based display module is important in Smart Line-patrol System.After we studied GIS technology, and compared the characteristics of different GIS technologies, we found that, as an important application of WebGIS technology Google maps has the following features: intuitive-friendly map interface, easy-to-use development technology, rich API, as well as the lower development costs and the popular mapping technology. Based on these characteristics, we introduced GIS of the network environment to the Smart Line-patrol System. We used Google maps as a map application technology to achieve the required geographic-based display functions of patrol system. For the map application development it has a very important reference Significance. The following work and results of this paper were completed:1.According to systems architecture and features of Smart Line-patrol System, analyze functional requirements of geographic-based display module and decide the choice scheme of GIS technology for the Patrol system;2. Study the Google maps API and development technologies and give the overall design project of the geographic-based display module for Smart Line-patrol System;3.Develop Google maps display sub-module, implement real-time inspection of staff position, playback of staff's track, setting Sanding points, and other functions on Google maps page;4.Design and implement inspections of patrol man, resources management and other functions of Patrol System function sub-module on the development platform.
