Ctais Front-end Tax-related Information Processing System In The Research And Implementation

Golden Tax Project (integrated management system) is the national tax system of tax collection and management of the core application system. Along with our country tax for a period and the two period project in the country to promote and applications, integrated management software (CTAIS V2.0) as the basis of tax information collection platform, by the tax authorities based information acquisition, the taxpayer’s tax declaration, management service and inspection department and taxpayer interaction, taxation system accumulated a mass of the original data. However, how these data are extracted and the depth of excavation, analysis, the grass-roots tax staff individual needs analysis, application; on the executive decision-making, become the bottleneck of tax-related information data mining, it greatly hinders the tax-related information on the regulation of Taxation relation.Although the CTAIS itself has provided basic tax-related information analysis and the most basic tax-related information application module, however facing the complicated relation between the taxpayers, as well as change rapidly and policy changes, the basic module of CTAIS system application shows great limitations. How to (?)aighten the tax-related information collection, analysis, application of the chain in the development of the grass-roots tax department, construction of a low cost, high efficiency, can be used for basic level two times the development of tax-related information processing platform is the key to solve the problem.This paper is to address the problem, in the CTAIS Oracle database as a background, developed to meet the tax-related information needs and behaviors the application as the main research ohject in denth analysis of the Oracle database and basic collection service on the basis of demand, especially the tax system in tax collection and management is the core of the management model to tax collection and management and the tax payment service for both management service mode, the CTAIS front-end tax-related information processing problems of innovative and exploratory study. The main achievement content:1.Detailed study of the current tax collection and management service mode transformation of taxation departments, especially the grass-roots tax system tax, management service and inspection of the impact.2.Detailed study of the current to the provincial departments focus tax-related information processing problems and by using A/S front end tax-related information processing platform model framework of tax information processing system feasibility analysis.3.Self developed in the front of tax-related information processing platform on0040technology, ASP technology, can be used for online editing and modification of the WebOffice technology, through the software embedded into CTAIS, background database content to personalized forms, extension and expansion to the tax staff desktop.4.Through the introduction of front end of4tax-related information processing platform for the development of Taxation case, the display system front end tax information processing platform to meet the basic needs of tax-related matters, while the tax information development train of thought to do inspection.
