Hong Kong- Zhuhai- Macao Bridge, which connects Hong Kong, Zhuhai and Macao, is one of the most critical projects for the national express way network. It is necessary to learn about the information construction experience of domestic and abroad large-sized construction project, and introduce the information technology to improve the quality of project construction and integrated operation management level in the project construction and operation stages. The characteristics of Hong Kong- Zhuhai- Macao Bridge Project makes it necessary to generate, process and use a huge amount of the management information in the total life cycle of the project, so the information support required for the project is the integrated management information system (IMIS) that runs on the modern communication-computer network environment .The thesis introduces the research background and significance of the project, then introduces the way of project implement. Secondly analysis the requirement of the system, and divide the system into various functional module. Then it designs the system architecture by using the SOA design methodology. The construction of IMIS can be divided into the infrastructure physical platform, data platform and application platform. The thesis that combines database theory with the actual situation accomplishes design of database. Additionally, against the system security, the thesis designs staff and role-management solutions for the security strategy. Finally, it designs the testing plan for the program.The system is integrated management system using the B/S structure, we choose Java and Oracle11g as the development environment. The interaction between business systems and external information services and data exchange between systems are also analyzed.By using this system, it may greatly reduces the processing time of the businesses, and enhances the corporate management standardized degree. The system greatly facilitated the operation and improved the efficiency of official business.
