The continuous development of science and technology has promoted the development of information processing technology such as computer and network. For enterprise staff management, convenient and flexible application system to realize the management of many enterprises is the current popular choice a means of management. At present many enterprise managers have realized the advantages of management information system application.Enterprises in the process of production and operation, in order to make enterprises to better management and development, should try their best to, take various measures to effectively improve the economic benefit. Among them, the use of comprehensive management system to employees to efficient management of enterprise human resources, is one of the very important measures. Under the enterprise personnel system reform, the measure is brought to the attention of the many enterprise managers, has become the most important to promote the economic benefit of an enterprise.In the face of increasingly fierce market competition, an enterprise to gain a foothold in the market competition tide, should according to the enterprise internal management system and management reform. Under the trend of informatization, the application of information management technology in order to develop the enterprise management is the most effective method. With the aid of advanced information processing technology, based on the practical needs of the business enterprise, to build employee information integrated management platform, to the enterprise employee information to implement standardized, scientific management, staff recruitment, corporate training, handling of business information, such as benefits and compensation make effectively in the enterprise management ability enhancement.In this paper systematic introduces the staff integrated management system research background and practical significance, and in view of the current research status in this paper. By actual survey of users of the system, comprehensive sorting, analysis, get the business requirements and performance requirements of the whole system. To have to use JSP, SQL Server, B/S structure of key technologies, such as serious study. Then on the basis of systematic analysis of the system design, including the system function design, database design and system security design, etc. Then for implementing the encoding system, with the design of each function in. Finally, the designed staff integrated management system was tested. Learned through test, the system design to meet the design requirements.The design of this system is an integrated enterprise staff management system, complete the final use of computer, with the aid of artificial network before do business, mainly including enterprise employees to add, modify, and delete, employee rewards and punishments, salary information management and enterprise training idea management etc. Enables the enterprise personnel management personnel to the implementation of real-time each business processing, easy to complete the labor of duty, implementing the management of convenient for employees with various relevant information at the same time, make the enterprise staff management more standard, scientific, effective improve the management level.This design is mainly aimed at enterprise integrated management system of an employee's information management and design, including basic information management, staff recruitment information management, training management, rewards and punishment information management, salary information management module, etc. For enterprise staff management of individual data management process to be able to better implementation.
