But in recent years, with the completion of the new campus, more students and more teachers to join in the Hulunbeir Institute family, the team stronger, and can also be created. The management of delayed, the implementation of the problem is not very prominent place, school staff and students of the school management is very passive and difficult and inefficient. Therefore, in order to better complete the higher-quality students and faculty co-ordinating arrangements for the work, the school has developed a management information system. It is convenient at this stage resolved by schools to show a variety of issues, use of modern computer technology to solve the affairs of schools is also in line with the scientific concept of development with the times.In this paper, the author actually took part in the "Hulunbeir College of Inner Mongolia University Management System" project development, and applied research, discusses the Visual Basic-based technology and ACCESS technology-related management services to schools to optimize the processing and to facilitate co-ordinated management of an abstract design and implementation, in view of the school encountered at this stage the actual situation of the school to solve practical problems faced by current and management bottlenecks encountered. Huixian City, Henan Province, through analysis of a lack of management, the creation of an effective integrated management of the campus program. Introduced the Integrated Management System on campus part of the analysis, including feasibility analysis, business process analysis; system design introduced some of the major system design and database design and code design; system describes a number of main modules of the algorithm, the system user-friendly, simple operation, more practical.Visual Basic from the BASIC language developed by Microsoft's event-driven programming language, but also at the same time is a visual, object-oriented high-level structured programming, can be used for the development of Windows environments of all types of application. It is easy to learn, efficient, and powerful, has a graphical user interface (GUI) and Rapid Application Development System (RAD), can be combined with any comparable development tools, and program development staff do not have to have a basic programming language such as C, C + + and other programming basis, on the contrary, can easily control the application of VB to provide technologies to create a desired application. In the Visual Basic environment, the use of event-driven programming mechanisms, novel-to-use visual design tools, you can easily and quickly developed a full-featured Windows environment, the appearance of the interface has a complete application software system.The system consists of 5 sub-systems, namely the student records management system, staff and personnel management system, educational management system, scientific management system, as well as other module management system. This paper describes the system design and realization of the demand stage, the use of work flow diagram, the system model, a detailed description of the systems; at the design stage, the system is divided into several modules of different function modules and a process analysis; through the ER diagram, the design of the database is described; the final details on the specific realization of the system and testing.Taking into account the system security and confidentiality, the system design uses a distributed C / S mode, Client and Server load reduced, centralized management application server business logic, the completion of complex business logic processing, simplifies the maintenance of application systems , when the application logic changes within the components, does not affect the Client and Server. The work of a single application server, run more efficient, Client can only call the application server components, to improve the security of the system.
