With the development of new technologies, the traditional paper media was face to an enormous challenge. In the face of the impact of the new media,the traditional media choose the way of fusion to face this challenge and trying to expand its own influence.The newspaper secondary transmission on the internet can be a kind of media fusion in its essence. The media fusion can be divided into organization fusion, capital fusion, communication means fusion, the media form fusion. Secondary transmission can be a kind of form of the media form fusion.In my papers, I want to analysis the relationship between the newspaper and the network reproduced, The spread of the traditional newspaper and its characteristics. To show the variation and the influence of the network news newspaper second process transmission in the background of the media fusion. To analyzes the newspaper news network communication effect of secondary transmission by its variations of the news title, the variation of reading, the variation of content, the variation of spread effectiveness and the variation of feedback loop. To analysis the variation specific effect by the change of the audience coverage, the change of the audience reading psychology and the changes of the audience acceptance.At the same time, I want to discuss the problem of spread of copyright, law and the ethics of the secondary transmission. Try to make a in-depth analysis about this kind of phenomenon and try to give some solutions by doing this. I want to make a conclusion through extensive reading of literature and a survey of some typical newspaper’s secondary transmission effect. The conclusion is that secondary transmission is the inevitable countermeasures of the traditional media when it face to the challenge of the new internet trend.
