Design And Implementation Of Education Administration Management Systme Of Heilongjiang Agricultural Vocational And Technical College

Computer technology and network technology is to be widely used in many domains with the development of information technology. The academic affairs management which is an important part of college education management has features of heavy workload, demanding finishing it in time and high accuracy. The academic affairs management is an overall job which influences the teaching quality of colleges and universities. Therefore many colleges are in active development of suitable synthesis educational management system, which is to promote information construction of colleges and universities. The higher vocational education is an important part consists of the whole educational system of our country which being rapid development and achieving remarkable progress in recent years. The higher vocational education pays high attentions to the construction of the academic affairs management. So it has certain theoretical and practical significance which developing academic affairs management system on the basis of higher vocational colleges work process.In this paper, the system structure and related technologies are analyzed and studied which is set in academic affairs management actual working process of Heilongjiang Agricultural Vocational and Technical College according to the software development process.The system uses C/S mode and B/S model of mixed system structure according to the system’s user base. The system is be made up of several subsystems with the college of the specific academic affairs management and from the institute of educational administration management requirement, for example, teaching system project management, teaching resources management, management of choosing, arranged schedule management, student registration management, student performance management, test affairs management, practice teaching management, teaching evaluation management, teaching material management, inquires the management and systems management. And each of them by several subsystem and associated function module, to complete the institute of educational administration management work. This paper gives a detailed introduction to the whole process of demand analysis, system design, system development and testing.The Educational Management System of Heilongjiang Agricultural Vocational and Technical College uses the advanced object-oriented method in the process of system analysis and design process, completes the static and dynamic modeling through the UML modeling language, which bases on the campus network system in college. The system develops by the popular ASP.NET technology, combined with C#development language and SQL SERVER2000database management system. And now the system has been put into use in Heilongjiang Agricultural Vocational and Technical College and has gotten the expected effect. From the use effect look, the system operation effect is good and the college and the department of academic affairs management work efficiency has been improved. The college teachers and students get system of high praise.
