Research And Achievement Of The Coal Synthetical-exploit Underground Automatic Control System

The automatic control system of the coal synthetical-exploit,which is used to achieve control and monitoring of coal production,supplies guarantee to the high-production and high-efficiency of coal safety production and it presents great significance to improve domestic automation level of the coal synthetical-exploit.It's an innovation in the paper that S7-300 PLC produced by Germany Simense Company and the fieldbus Profibus-DP is applied to the automatic control system of coal synthetical-exploit,and they are implemented to complete such function as control of the motor load,control of phone closedown and monitoring parameter of gas and so on, together with the devices as telephone and auxiliary controller.The production information underground is transmitted to the monitor upground in real time with industrial Ethernet.The paper describes the content,development and existing problems of the automatic system of the coal synthetical-exploit, designs the system structure and composition of the various parts of the hardware.DP slave station,which is built into FCS system with PLC, is designed on the base of basic theory of PROFIBUS-DP fieldbus protocol and protocol chip SPC3.In addition, some of the subroutine of PLC and procedures of DP slave station is mentioned in the article, especially the part program which achieves logic control for PLC is essential to the running of whole system. In the end, the interface configuration of touch-screen and PC upground is introduced .The DP slave station has been successfully interconnected with SIMATC-300 PLC through the experiment,and the online capability of touch screen achieves the monitoring of the operating system,and also the picture of kingview runned on remote PC correctly shows the system information which simulates the dispatching function upground.The test result simply achieves the automation function of the coal synthetical-exploit.The automatic control system of the coal synthetical-exploit, compared with the traditional control systems,not only shows a short development cycle and a high reliability,but also increases openness to interoperability by the use of fieldbus PROFIBUS-DP. In addition, the system shows extensive range of application and high flexibility because of the universal design idea.
