As the most important part of protection to complete the task of mass productionfor coalmine production units, most of the pit refueling stationes still use outdatedproduction managements, which severely restricted the production efficiencyimprovement. Based on the analysis of pit refueling station status and it’s characteristicsof demand,pit refueling system was designed based on PLC,IC card,database,communication and information management technologies.This system provide PC and touch screen operate modes to ensure continuousworking.When operating on PC, the system will record the driver information from ICcard and save refueling amount automatically.It even can continue previous work whenpower supply restore after break down; when operating on the touch screen while PCbreak down, PLC will record the refueling time, car number and refueling amountautomatically, then update these records to PC database when it return to work. Detailedreporting capabilities greatly facilitate the daily management.As identification tool and data carrier, IC card stored car driver’s information andthe last80refueling records.After analysised fuel data and IC card system’s securityrisks and the lack of traditional encryption algorithms, the new encryption standard AESalgorithm was used to encrypt IC card and refeuling data.Through analyzing causes of oil metering accuracy and overshoot, the interationself-learning method was applied to calculate and optimize the fuel amount before valve colseand achived intelligent flow error compensation and measure accuracy improvement. Throughanalyzing negligence error in control process, Grubbs criterion was used to eliminate fuelamounts which include negligence error.
