The control system consists of main control board, IC card terminal comprising operation. Main control board to operate with IC card terminal, ESD protection devices, oil spill protection equipment, digital display, flow transmitter connected to the achievement of quantitative depot IC card to pay the oil, anti-oil spill control, anti-static control, display, and set aside to connect with the host computer communication port.
