To make effective use the existing basic information of the patients and the outpatient services of HIS LIS. It is to solve the conflict problem between medical material tension and traditional medical management way, and to promote the standardization of the medical system management.This paper is from the hospital infection management work in the actual needs. It is discussed of domestic and foreign development present situation of the management information system concept, development trends, and development methods on the basis of hospital infection management information system for the detailed function requirement analysis, business process, he role and function of demand analysis, and system design and realization. Demand analysis mainly from three aspects:business process, the role of duty and demand analysis of the system functions. Business process is mainly to the court cases reported feeling of business management, and the court feeling quality appraisal business management, cross sectional monitoring business management, occupational injuries monitoring business management, hospital infection pathogens monitoring business management were analyzed.
