Based On B/s Architecture Of Jiangxi Education College Student Information Management System Analysis And Design

With the rapid development of information technology, the informatization of the campus is the current trend of university management. It proves itself apparent when the fact that students’information management system has been applied in more than a university is taken into consideration. University students’information management system can improve the efficiency of students’information management, and ensure the security of the information. At the same time it also boasts of advantages such that it is convenient to maintain, modify, and access. However, the current students’ information management system is still far away from fulfilling the demands of daily management, and system safety. This paper, based on the advantages of traditional information management system, tries to design high security students’information management system for the Jiangxi Institute of Education and meet the specific usage requirements of Jiangxi Institute of Education.Based on the mature information management system and through analyzing the demands of the Jiangxi Institute of Education, this system optimizes the system such as students’file management, course management, performance information management, rewards and punishment information management, difficult allowance management, employment information management, and other functions. The students’files management, course management and performance management is the main constituent of students’basic information management; but, on the other hand, rewards and punishment information management, difficult allowance management and employment information management is designed especially for the demands of the Jiangxi Institute of Education, more close to the students’attention and using demand. After analyzing the college’s actual demands, the system plans to design student management system using ASP.NET and SQL Server technology based on B/S framework. This system includes student file management module, course management module, performance information management module, rewards and punishment information management module, difficult allowance management module and employment information management module.This paper designs the students’information management system for the Jiangxi Institute of Education’s specific demands, improves the system on the basis of the traditional information management system. In the premise of keeping the core function of students’information management, the paper abandons the not-commonly-used functions, and adds the various human-based functions in accordance to j the Jiangxi Institute of Education’s demands. Therefore, this system attempts to innovate on mature basis of students’information management. Nevertheless, in the system there may exist some functional flaws. For example, designing in the system is not perfect enough, and the optimization of man-machine interaction is not maturely handled. However, all the above-mentioned flaws will be improved and perfected in the subsequent design and development.
