The Study And Design Of Resident Card Public Service Platform In Handan

In recent years, the demand of efficiency, quality, variety and personalized of government public service from society is growing, and with the increase of the number of resident card, information sharing has become important.As a result, resident card public service platform is urgently needed. It can provide "one-stop" service for citizens, and realize many functions including part business handle by self-help, information query online, electronic mail of many bills and so on.The thesis mainly completes the design of the whole system.Firstly, the present situation of public service platform at home and abroad is analyzed.This paper summarizes the characteristics of construction model, and points out the development trend of public service platform. Secondly,the overall design of the system including the framework and the network planning is accomplished through the requirement analysis.Then the system architecture based on ESB-SOA is put forwarded on the basis of the analysis of SOA, Web Service, ESB. The structure has characteristics of loose coupling, openness and can be expanded.Thirdly, according to the needs of data exchange, the briefly design of data exchange platform is achieved, which can provide the service of information exchange for the entire system. Finally, according to different safety risk, the corresponding safety protective measures are put forwarded, which provide a barrier for public service platform.
