As the information construction penetrates, all departments of the university have their own dedicated application systems. Though these systems achieve the business needs of each department in terms of function, the data standards in the systems remains inconsistent and isomerism of the systems still unsettled due to the inconsistency in the development time, and the great differences between the development vendors. The data required in key business processes between systems could only be transferred through artificial copy, entry, output and input, etc, instead of via a mature mechanism on the network. Thus,"isolated islands of information" as an application system model has been unable to meet current business needs, and has a serious impact on the information construction of the universities. Mean while,the application system not only have to serve the PC user, but also have the put forward the new way for smart phone. So how to design the new stable construct mode,to adapt the low coupling degree of data-exchange, and unite the service port, rise the reusability of the terminal user’s platform, reduce the programming work of application system----those are the contents of this paper research on.The most common way to settle this "data islands" is to realize the connection of heterogeneous systems through data exchange. For the writer’s information, in campus data-exchange there are two main ways to achieve data exchange:using software to realization the data exchange on database level, and realization of data exchange platform through SOA strategy. This paper proposes a concept of data-exchange mode in SOA and based on the ESB (Enterprise Service Bus) technology, after balancing the advantages and disadvantages of current ways of data exchange. In this construct mode, serve the united application service port for both PC user and mobile user. With this service port,by using ESB adapter, using data from the application systems service port, formatting the data and changing the transforming the communication method, put on the data bus, accomplishes the data-exchange between the application systems.This paper states clearly in the beginning the current situation of university informationization, and the necessity and importance to construct a data-exchange platform. Then it analyzes several prevailing ways of data exchange, researching on their features respectively. Based on the experiences of these exchange models and the undergoing data-exchange platform of Nanchang University, this paper puts forward a distributed structure of data exchange in the end. This paper designs the architecture of the data-exchange platform and the method of data-exchange, by using services oriented ideological, and base on ESB. The data-exchange can solve the campus data-exchange problem and unite the data service port for all terminal user including kinds of smart phone and PC user. In the end the paper designs a model of d data exchange, based on which it builds a typical data exchange prototype system which includes four business systems naming academic system, personnel system, postgraduate system and financial system, With the realization of a services example, to example the data-exchange flow.and establish an easy platform manager center to manage the service and import the Web Services System.
