| The development trend of the modern city is information, automation, networking and intelligence. Information sharing impresses the activities of human beings throughout the life. Public information platform is aim at improving the efficiency while getting the correct information, reducing the operation cost, and strengthen the competitive power. So the city public information platform is an important project for the information construction of modern city, and the establishment of data exchange system is an important component of it.This paper uses XML and Web services technology to construct a suitable data exchange system for city public information platform. In data exchange system, the XML document is sent to the data exchange platform, and converted to the special kind of XML document which meet the requirement of receiving end before sending it to the receiving end, thus realizing the information sharing. So the users can get the useful information through the city public platform, what’s more, they don’t need to understand each other’s data model for it has been converted by the data exchange system.This paper first gives a brief analysis for the development of information and data exchange system, introduces the domestic research status and studies the problem for data exchange system in our country, furthermore, expounds the necessity of the construction for data exchange system in city public information platform. This paper then gives the research result for technology that will be used for the construction of data exchange system in city public information platform. I choose XML as the foundation for data exchange, FTP for related file transformation and Web Service for output, thus construct the information share platform. Then on the basis of the design, structure and model of data exchange system are designed in city public information platform, and consider how to implement the system, including the XML Schema from client, the XML file and server interacted component, business component and conversion layer mode of XML document.Finally, according to achieve the data exchange system in city public information platform which based on the extensive investigation and research, in a city realizes the application of the system to meet the demand for all kinds of information of the city. |
