As the most promising information technology in the 21st century, the Internet of Things (IoT) has shown a great development potential and application space.The base platform of IoT will unify treatment of the communication and interaction between human and things or between things and things, they contact through simple, unified interface, which definited by neutral manner, to achieve loose coupling between objects of IoT.The goal of this project is to build a base platform of IoT which regarded the IoT middle-ware as the center, but for the large information, the uncertain of equipment data type and inconsistent of data format,so this results in a problem of data communication between the applicatin server and the sensoring layer equipment of IoT.Based on this, the paper presents a service-based data exchange platform of IoT, to realization data access and exchange transparently between application of the platform layers.Firstly,paper introduces the related technical about IoT and data exchange, then gives the averall framework of the platform,analysises the overall structure and functions of the platform and provides the solutions of the platform.Finally, paper gives the detailed design of some key modules.Service-based data exchange platform of IoT is builded on the basis of internet, through the form of service, implement the data sharing of heterogeneous system between application and perception layer or between application and application.Using web service mechanism to achieve data access transparently, and using JMS to implement message transmission between systems to ensure the reliability and security of messages.The proposed by this paper package of components to web services, thus contributing to things, human and social enterprise seamless integrate with web-based social intelligence. The system implementation as web services deployed to the web service can achieve data exchange applications in the data cross-platform of IoT.The data collected from the device is also published by gSOAP protocol and as web services transmitted to the application, the application through the analysis of web service, fetch the real-time device data, so that achieve device independence of the underlying device data collection, and more transparently of data transfer from the underlying device to the application server. The main benefit of the service-based platform is that it depends on the HTTP protocol, and the web services easy to integrate into the existing HTTP platforms, routers, firewalls and other systems, also you can use existing technology and security systems to support the platform, and does not need to add additional hardware and software facilities.So, the application development for IoT based web Service has a number of unparalleled advantages.
