From then on, more and faster is the only thing people ask for information. The network technique pushed the information ear went into a higher level. In the day of entering web2.0ear, the development and adhibition of new technique connects the whole society and individual maximally. Micro log, pod cast, individual space, social network space, mobile phone and so on, these we media started a new trend of receiving and spreading information, opened a new leaf of individuation and diversification of information.Modern society has entered the age of high number of emergency, but the research of emergency report started late. In the day of we media grows vigorously, the research of the foundation and development tendency of we media under emergency report is not much. The thesis was splitted into four parts and put the research of emergency report under the background of micro log which represents we media to study.Part one studied the evolution and characteristics of we media, because of the rapid development and characteristics, we media showed the unique view and accepted by people gradually.Part two studied the emergency theory and elaborated the reason we media report the emergency systematically.Part three elaborated the foundation of we media in emergency report. Proved that we media is the impetus instead of terminator to the traditional media through the impact and promotion of we media to traditional media with specific examples.Part four focused on the problems and countermeasures of the evolution of we media. The open and freedom of we media brought not only the change of the right to speak but also problems. The traditional media should guide the we media and take the challenge and opportunity. The road to development of we media will proceed and the tendency of media convergence is inevitable. Therefore, the formation of global information network is not far. The point of understanding the tendency of we media is to balance the freedom of speech and to boost the progress of democratization. |
