With the development of the spaceflight mission, the satellite platform is playing more and more important role in the whole spaceflight mission. As an important part of the satellite platform, the data-handling-center computer that is the real heart of the satellite realizes many manage functions, which are not only integrated the telemetry controlled and telecommand controlled, but also the satellite self-controlled capability. However, there are the complex logic and the elec-element’s quality level in the data-handling-center computer. It is important to take reasonable and significance reliability ways and technologies in the computer design.This paper has realized the high reliability data-handling-center computer system with the real heart as telemetry and telecommand missions. This system uses TSC695F as the processor, RTEMS as the real time operating system,1553B bus to realize data communicate on-board. This system is designed as the cold sparing system, whose interface circuit, memory and clock are redundancy backup structure. At the same time, it is enhancing the reliability for this system to use the fault-tolerant actions in the power module, EDAC verify and the designs about anti-space environment.Simulation and test that include the data-handling-center computer test system and a lot of reliable experimentations are used to test the whole system function, achieving the expected demand.
