The Designing And Realizing Of The Bank Outlets Site-selection Planning And Management Information System

This paper focuses on establishing Bank Outlets Site-selection Planning andManagement Information System and providing bank managers with a goodinformation plat to plan and manage Bank Outlets sites. Bank managers can analyzethe selected sites for the bank outlets through such a system, that is, they can analyzeand finally decide whether the site selected is perfect or not by analyzing the data offinancial demands around the selected sites. Bank managers can check the details ofthe started programs of the outlets by collecting and analyzing their relevant data, anddecide what kind of programs should be started in each outlet according to their ownsituation by analyzing its financial demands data.Having decided the development direction for the system, we start doing theresearch as soon as possible, through which we will get knowledge about thedevelopment tendency to the planning and management of bank outlets sites in bothChina and other countries, see the importance to build such a system, and make sureabout the functions of the system according to the users’ demand. We have decided todevelop the system by using ASP.Net technology and C#language and to check,analyze, and display the outlets by using GIS technology.In phase of analyzing the system, we will assist the users to propose detailed anduseful demands by communicating with users again and again, offer them researchsheets to fill out and demand cases method to refer to. Finally, we will determine thedemand on the function of the system as well as its display style.In phase of designing the system, we will make sure about the aim and principleto establish the system. During the general design, we will decide the system’s logical and physical schema and make sure that the system will be stratified to develop. Andduring the detailed design, we will draw up the Class View, Use Case Diagram, andDatabase E-R Diagram as well as the flow chart of exact services of the system.In phase of performing the system, we will design the system code with the helpof the MVC designing mode and then draw up the flow chart for the program. And wewill explain the development process of the system’s main functions and in the meantime, list the code of the main functions.In phase of testing the system, we will test each unit of the system first and thentest the whole system by the methods of black-box testing. We will also test thesystem’s stress tolerance by using the stress testing tools.
