Research On Space Structure Strategy Of Neighbor Circulation Outlets

In recent years,the bad macroeconomic situation and the rapid development of the e-commerce retail have brought tremendous impact to retail entity.And the layout of the site and its corresponding optimization retail outlets and distribution system is an important factor in determining the impact of retail profit entity.Neighbor circulation outlets are important part of the retail outlets of facilities.It meet consumer needs of daily life as the most convenient,the highest frequency use of distribution facilities.So this this paper use the neighbor circulation outlets as the research object,to research the location of neighbor circulation outsets and distribution routing optimization from the perspective of its space policy structure.Firstly this paper used the level of the central place theory to lead to the neighboring property of the circulation outlets,which in turn formed the neighbor circulation outlets of the research object of this paper.Then this paper discussed the classical theory of location and distribution route optimization.On this basis,this paper proposed site selection factors and principles of neighbor retail outlets and neighbor service distribution center.According to the theory,this paper established the neighbor retail outlets location model,using iterative model gravity method to solve a single network location problem.This paper obtained the central site from the close demand area using the above model in a large area to site,,then used the set covering method to solve the appropriate location.When considering the competition,this paper combined Huff model established a competitive network location model which aim to maximize profit targets.Then this paper researched for neighbor service distribution center which combining with the distribution center rental costs and the costs distribution to establish location model.And draw a ring proper selection area which center of the circle is the city center.Then this paper through qualitative analysis of the area and got the final site location.Meanwhile,this paper combined savings of mileage and other methods applied to obtain the shortest distance distribution route optimization.Finally,the paper validated the above models and methods by the way of the example of Suguo.
