Along with the competitive pressures in the market increasing, the enterprise’straditional manual operation mode has been difficult to keep up with the steps ofinformation age. In order to improve the efficiency of management of the enterprise, so asto realize efficient production, enterprise’s information management operation mode hasbecome the necessary trend of enterprise internal management model. Especially theelectric power industry, which is of vital importance to the nation’s economy and thepeople’s livelihood,the demand of change is more urgent.Therefore, in July2010, because of the actual demand of power plant, we build up apower plant integrated information processing system project. In two months, a projectjustification and research be conducted, finally, we work out a set of implementation planthat suitable for zhongyuan gasification project.This development is a complete software development process,including the demandresearch, system design, system implementation and test run. The early demand research,in order to ensure the system and demand can be highly consistent, we go to the powerplant, so we can understand their business, communicate with users. In the design process,according to the needs of users, we formulate the software programming scheme, andcombined with the group’s actual management mode, the system is divided into the mainfour sub module: team management, security management, human resources managementand fuel department management,which covers the basic functional requirements of thedaily work in the power plant. The service system based on the charisma developmentplatform of Xinlongchuangwei, we adopted Web secondary development technique whichis the most advanced technology in current enterprise development area. In order to ensurethe stability and expansibility of the system, we adopt MVC development architecture, sowe can enhance the information flow-rate in the system, and guarantee the system runningsmoothly. In the implementation process, according to the different modules, we applymany kinds of platform development technology, including the framework set, tabs,automatic coding, upload download, three levels coding and so on. So we can ensure business process automation, unification and standardization. In addition, because of theactual demand that part of data need keep secret, we set the permissions in detail, so as toensure the system can be efficient, stable and safe operation.Through repeatedly tests run, adjusts and optimize, the range of its business functionpoint and the clear and easy-to-handle interface must be to meet the user’s actual demand.so we can reducing energy consumption,and at the same time, users can flexible operatethe business, including to realize the real-time release and adjustment of thedecision-making, so as to achieve the sustainability of the power plant production.
