Power-plant enterprise's value consists of two parts: one part is the value of theequipment assets, the other part is the fuel. Traditional power-plant enterprise managementmode is getting hard to satisfy the needs of enterprise development, and this gave rise tothe situation of more and more advanced enterprise management software began toimplemented by the power-plant enterprise. The introduction of advanced enterprisemanagement software, largely solve the problems of power-plant companies, but there arestill some problems need to be solved.Under the macro-circumstance of the Internet of Things included in the state of theemerging strategic industries in China, devices which can intelligently identify, locate,monitor and management arouse the attention of the whole society. With the rapiddevelopment of network communication technology, more intelligence devices whichfusing spatial information and device status information will be put into the applicationstage. Under the microscopic-circumstance, the geographic information system (GIS) haddeveloped a mature solution in the communications industry and electric-powertransmission and distribution industry. However, there are still no solution to powergeneration companies which is characterized by small range of geographical area,equipment-intensive and pipeline-intensive. Therefore, to explore, research anddevelopment the power generation enterprise GIS system are of great significance.According to the operational characteristics of power generation companies, thispaper, based on the subsequence development on a GIS platform, focus on the relatetechnology and explore the probable function in introduction of GIS platform to the smallrange of geographical area power-plant, and analysis of the power-plant's pipeline whichdistribute in a wide range of geographical area (CHP heat pipeline etc) in brief.Drawing on the experience and absorbing the lessons in the process of formersubsequent development, this paper point out basing on the power-plant floor plan andpower-plant plan, integrating of pipeline instrumentation diagrams (P&ID diagram) andusing multi-universal space technology to solve the unconformity of the real space of thedevices in the power-plant and the virtual space of the devices in the GIS system; Usingthe soft-link and hard-link technology selectively to easily acquire and alter the technicalspecifications and a variety of drawings and so on. As to different specialities, whenbuilding the models using the preliminary rule to pick up the technology parameters, demands are different, it is hard to reconcile. Learning from the convention of otherindustry solution, this paper will strictly control the amount of the equipment model'stechnical parameters(physical fields), to solve the problem mentioned above; Consideringother equipment management system, this paper use a combination of assets codingsystem and KKS encoding system to build the key field of the equipments; Geographicalspatial database data layer of small range of geographical area power-plant is divided intofour categories; this paper gave a brief analysis of some plugin modules of the subsequentdevelopment.
