The Design And Safety Research On Military Science And Technology Paper Management System

With the development of science and technology, computer technology is becoming mature. Its strong functions are widely known now. Computer plays a more and more important role in all the fields of human society. The background of the project is the task of managing science and technology paper in the military area. The System is a kind of application system which is based on data base management system, and provides functions such as user registration, personality identification, topics choosing and submission on line and system administration. The implementation of the designed system could reduce the workload of the system administrators, experts and contributors, improve working efficiency. At the same time, various kinds of mistakes will be avoided as well.The major aspects of this paper are as following:(1) According to the present development situations of the technology on science and technology paper management system at home and abroad, the significance of the design and implementation of science and technology paper management system is analyzed, and the goals and specific content are proposed.(2) Summarize the classical modes in the web-based program development, the basic scheme of the science and technology paper management system is put forward, which is B/S structure under the web environment. The characteristics of the system are analyzed, and the relevant technologies are selected.(3) This dissertation focuses on the description of the design and implementation process of the proposed system, and the main functional modules are explained by the form of program flow chart, which is simple to understand.(4) Access control is adopted to improve security of system.From system test results, it could be found that the selected software development model is suitable, which give a full play to the benefits on building a network program by JAVA technology in many aspects. The developed B/S based science and technology paper management system will further enhance the army’s information technology and office automation.
