Safety supervision and management is one of the important management tool toprotect the safety of railway transportation and production, with the full speed of railtransport and high-speed railway construction in full swing, how to further strengthensafety supervision and management to ensure a steady speed of railway safety, therailway sector has been an important long-term care problem. Currently, the generalpoint of view, China’s railway safety supervision and management departments tosupport the lack of complete information systems,and the whole road has not yetformed a unified security monitoring checks the information security system. T oestablish railway safety supervision and management information system to meet toestablish and improve Rail safety inspection monitoring security system of the actualrequirements, can act to further regulate the production of railway safety and improverailway safety management of information technology development.Paper first details the domestic and international rail safety management systemand its application status, and the design and implementation of railway safetysupervision and management information system were studied.
