Research And Realization Of Military Base Training MIS

With the deepening development of the information construction, our military training informatization have achieved great progression, and the information construction of military training are extensively developed. Now some MIS for information management in different military units have been developed, but these softwares have their own advantages, disadvantages and are hard-compatible, and could not be applied in other units of different arms and services. So we should research new ideas, technology and methods actively in the field of information technology, and study, improve and develop new kinds of compatible MIS for the unit continually, then make effort to promote the sustainable development of information construction for the unit.On the basis of analysising current management information technology and considering the actual situation of the unit, three layers C/S structure was chosen and military base training MIS was designed after detailed analyzing. Some function modules and the implement methods of system are expounded.The military base training management information can achieve such functions as follows:training classification management, training planning management, training process management, document management and systems management and etc. The running results indicate that the training data can be managed reasonably and effectively in the system. Thus, the work efficiency is improved, and the system meets the needs of business and accords with actual training situation.The system development adopts SQL Server 2000 as system's database. JDK1.5 provides the Java runtime environment and Java development kit. Netbeans6.0 software was used to developed system. Since system was developed using the Java language, which makes the system more robust and more agile, this provides convenience for the future development and maintenance of the system.
