Web-based Border Guards Military Training Information Management System

With the rapid development of computer network technique and database technique, information management system based on the data network service has been increasingly widely used in industrial production and daily life, and it should also be equally reasonably applied in the military. According to the information construction and development requirements of army, the urgent need is achieving digital information management and administration of networks. In the process of information-based work of the military construction, information technology will have a direct impact on the overall combat capability. In frontier defend army; military training information management system is an important element in information construction. And the construction of a military training information management information system based on web network service becomes an urgent task.For the realizing military information management system to be electronic and systematization, standardization and automation, we have researched and explored the military training rules, combined information management technique and software technique, built a military information management systems based on computer data processing that has unique rigorous and reliable mechanism, which can improve the application environment of military information management, reduce working intensity of the staff, enhance efficiency, reduce management burden of work, manage a large number of military information canonically and highly efficiently, and avoid man-made operation errors and nonstandard actions.This paper analyses the actual situation of the frontier defend army training, the existing network and the actual needs of military training, adopt ADO technique of ASP.NET, B / S frame and SQL Server2000 database management systems, use dynamic Web technology, realize the integrated management of military training, military knowledge examination and other information on the Web pages. The system is mainly composed of e-learning, simulation training, examination and evaluation, training records, equipment management, and other major functional models. As security characteristics and confidentiality requirements of software system in army, it take into account the security of network, operating systems, databases and software systems, research and establish the system security model, and focus on data security systems in the design and implementation. Finally on the basis of summarizing this paper, put forward the problems which should pay attention to on the next step to the development of the system.The system accord with the relevant instructions of military information constructing, can meet the current demand for information management system, and is consistent with the actual design objectives.
