The design of the content is derived from a tin-plated steel strip production line project. Now China is moving from a "manufacturing power" to "creating power," forward, the Chinese manufacturing industry is facing with the international practice, the great challenge to participate in international division of labor, the improvement of industrial automation in China is urgent, the Government must be to increase funding of robots investment and policy support to the robot industry will inject new impetus.The topic of designing hydraulic manipulator is on that basis of comprehensive of all factors and user’s requirements to complete overall program, primarily using solidworks software to design three-dimensional structure. In the design program, based on the design of complete hydraulic system, specifically the implementation of hydraulic components hydraulic cylinder piston driving force of the composition and calculation of cylinder pressure and flow of the calculation and selection of hydraulic cylinders; Develop the basic program and draw hydraulic system hydraulic system diagram; Calculation and selection of hydraulic components-hydraulic pumps, hydraulic valves, pipes and fuel tank capacity.
