Designing technology of spacecraft spaceborne electronic equipment has been oneof the key technologies in aerospace field recently, in order to deal with the lowintegration of spaceborne electronic equipment and the negative problems whichbrought by it, according to the requirement of fast space development. To develop thepower distribution and thermal control management integrated equipment and toestablishe development foundation for continuous equipment.First of all, this paper analyzes the main negative problems of domestic satelliteplatform equipments, and then puts forward the solving scheme according todevelopment trend of overseas equipments. this paper has designed the structure andhardware circuit of power distributed module, thermal controlled module, TM collectionmodule, power as well as CPU bus mastering module, designed the software accordingto the function and working mode needed, and the flow charts.in order to develop the reliability request, the anti-mechanics and thermalproperties have been analyzed by using MSC/PATRAN, the conclusion that theanti-mechanics and thermal design meet the requirement of spacecraft application hasbeen educed, as well as it can be considered the foundation of engineering design.
