Design Of Imaging Instrument Central Managing Unit

The Imaging Instrument Central Managing Unit is the core unit of ImagingInstrument System. It communicates with the on board computer by serial data bus,and send back the telemetry to on board computer when it received the command fromthe on board computer. Besides, the Imaging Instrument Controller Unit has manyother functions, like collecting the telemetry and controlling the temperature ofImaging Instrument and so on.The Imaging Instrument Central Managing Unit is made of Power SupplyController circuit and Instrument Controller. Power Supply Controller connected themain satellite power supply line to the Refrigeration Controller System through relays,and it used DC/DC convertor to supply the Instrument Controller at the same time.Instrument Controller via the serial bus to communicate with the satellite on boardcomputer, and uniform finished assignment, control and attempter assignment. It isalso used to collect the digital signals and analog signals.In this thesis, the study for the feature of control Freezing machine and ImagingInstrument will be described. The study includes the detail design, achievement, detailtest and environment test certification. It finished the safety design and reliabilitydesign fully based on the space application background. Finally, the ImagingInstrument Controller Unit satisfied the requirement.
