The rapid development of national space project puts forward the integrated circuitwith high reliability and anti-radiation. As a indispensability part of ASIC design, it is atrend that standard cell library becomes more necessary to get these special performances.This thesis optimizes the design for standard cell library and standard cell library withanti-radiation.The main work and contributions of the thesis include:First, studied the design specifications, characteristic, functions, composition andprocess flow of standard cell library, based on which, realized standard cell library.Second, According to the project requirement, this thesis use the method of combiningof theory and simulation to analysis and determine the circuit structure, drive ability andwidth/length ratio. The optimization design of the combination cell and sequential cell,whose high performance contributes a lot to the ASIC design.Last, According to reliability theory and anti-radiation mechanism, this thesisestablishes single event effect model on transistor-level and analyses the realization whichbased on TMR, DICE, RC filter and C units. And then according to the projectrequirements this thesis finished the design of anti-radiation standard cell library aftercomparison and analysis of circuit structure, power, area, delay time and implementationcomplexity. The layout library, timing library, model library, symbol library and circuitlibrary provide sufficient supply for the design of anti-radiation integrated circuit.
