Due to the limitation of radio spectrum resource, the way to effectively manageand utilize the spectrum resource in order to perform its proper function under this rapiddevelopment of information technologies is the key problem we should face. As theradio spectrum monitoring and management is the prerequisite to effectively use theresource, through monitoring the spectrum in the whole network, we can understand theutilization of spectrum.Based on the sub-project of state-key research on spectrum sensing in wirelesssenor networks, this paper designed and implemented specific network managementsystem for wireless spectrum sensing network. Firstly, the background of this subjectand the architecture of the monitoring network system are made, the advantage of thenetwork structure is discussed. Secondly, this paper designs and realizes the C/S modelfor the socket communication method upon the previous network topology, and thenproposes the thread pool communication model in order to insure the high reliabilityand high performance of the communication in bottom layer of the software, meanwhileit fully designs the application layer network communication protocol based on TCPprotocol. Finally, in the consideration of system expansibility and maintainability, andupon the reliable communication module, the spectrum monitoring module and networkmanagement module are implemented, and the design pattern is introduced in theprocess of these modular design, mostly complete the design goals.
