Recently,the wireless technologies have been developing dramatically since they play significant roles in people's daily lives in terms of transferring information.However,as the growth of the number of wireless devices,What follows it is the limited frequency resource is also becoming more and more rare and the electromagnetic environment is getting worse.How to optimize the spectrum environment and use the spectrum resources rationally have become an urgent problem to be solved by the industry.How to do a good job of the spectrum monitoring and the management of the spectrum resources have also become an important work for the national radio management department.Wireless Sensor Network(WSN)is a new distributed information collection system based on self-organized wireless network technologies.A large amount of target information from a certain area is obtained by deploying certain number of low-cost and low-loss sensors in that area.In the monitoring and management of the spectrum,it is an important task to locate and track the target using WSN.In this paper,we pay attention on the target positioning and tracking.We introduce Compressed Sensing(CS)theory,optimize the deployment scheme of sensors,and propose novel multi-target tracking algorithm.The main researches in this paper are as follows:This paper introduces the basic knowledge of Compressed Sensing technology,furthermore this paper put forword a deployment algorithm of sensors based on the theory of Restricted Isometry Property(RIP).This novel algorithm provides a solvement of deployment of sensors in the monitoring of spectrum base on the positioning accuracy.As for the multi-targets tracking problem,this paper provides a new algorithm based on CS and two-stage Bayesian.This algorithm achieves the tracking of multiple targets with a reliable localization accuracy.Furthermore,it reduces the consume of observations and the cost of network communication.This paper runs the simulation of the new deployment algorithm and CS multi-targets tracking algorithm in Matlab.The result of the simulation shows that the new deployment algorithm can guarantee the high accuracy of the location of the tracking target while the CS-based multi-targets tracking algorithm can ensure the tracking of multiple targets and reduce the amount of calculation.
