With the development of information technology and the popularity of the network, the human society enters the information age, and information security has become an urgent need. Information security is composed of security protocol andcryptographic algorithm, the latter is the base and core.Due to the advantage of hardware encrypted, the implementation of cryptographical gorithm is on the transition from software to hardware. Therefor, it is very important to study andanalyse the popular cryptographic algorithm and it’s hardware implementation for the sake of nation’s information security. By the way of the new American data encryption standard, AES substituted DES is actually be a international standard, furthermore. AES algorithm is free and opened, so that the AES crypto product forming.The main topic solves the storage and encryption of "SMT professional and technical certification training and evaluation platform AutoSMT-VM1.1". In the domestic.the hardware encryption card was applied based on CH376chip and FPGA for the first time, FPGA Implementation of a space-time overhead of the smallest AES encryption algorithm, whether it is in terms of speed, or security and the installation process.the using CH376chip USB host communication showed a strong advantage. Hardware encryption card protels the exe, dll, db file and the user code encryption of N client, which is in the SMT authentication platform AutoSMT-VM1.1software.and then the encrypted data is added to all exe, dll. db file and data storage to the NF memory. Before the system is running, the user must enter the correct password or code to open the software, every certain period of FPGA hardware encryption card to send a signal to the server, which is checked all exe, dll, db file password is correct, if it is wrong, it will terminate the system.Firstly, the paper introduces AES encryption design, and then introduces the USB interface design, finally introduces FPGA hardware encryption card design which included hardware design, firmware development, driver development and application development.the paper completes software ontology encryption and user password to encrypt the two functions based on "the SMT professional and technical qualification, training and evaluation platformAutoSMT-VM1.1"...
