Based onlogical hierarchical, modular, service oriented and event driven design concept, design of thesystem architecture consists of running environment, technology platform, businessprocessing platform, security system and operation and maintenance system of five layers.Runtime environment provide the system normal operation of the software and hardwareenvironment. Technology platforms including management platform, control platform,message middleware and external information interface. Operation andmaintenance system including the daily operation running maintenance services, technicalsupport and operation maintenance regulation. The system software architecture is givenpriority to with B/S mode.
