With the intense market competition, the continuous flow of a high degree ofrefining companies have to promote the implementation of ERP (Enterprise ResourcePlanning), MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and other large-scale informationsystems. MES system implementation of a unified production and management ofbusiness information platform, enterprise-wide data sharing, standardization andstandardization of production and operation management of the production data provideimportant management tools and information platform to raise the overall level ofproduction and operation management. Process industries production scheduling is akey link of connection planning and production, plays a connecting role. The value ofproduction scheduling is to create the most value with the least resources. MESfunctionality has basic coverage of the business of the production plant, but the factoryscheduling information management is a lot of blank. Before the old version is based onC\S bodies scheduling information management system that can not get the support ofthe existing data has been unable to meet the the Lanzhou Petrochemical rapiddevelopment of the business status quo. So it is necessary to develop a comprehensiveset of production information management system, integrated other Related systemdata to meet the the Lanzhou Petrochemical production scheduling management needs.By early demand for research, needs analysis, comparison of domestic andinternational practice, on the soft and hardware conditions and the level of informationtechnology to conduct a feasibility analysis, clear objectives and technical route, thedesign of the system architecture and functionality. The software of the system thedesign using B/S architecture, and Web-based presentation layer/the logical layer/data access layer of the three-tier application architecture; and using Microsoft.VS.2005for the development of the platform and the Oracle data integration technology, thedevelopment of data integration interfaces of system,and implemented this system.
