Currently, the broker-dealer system in securities is in full swing. The information of accounts established or cancelled is wanted by the YinShen Securities to increase market share and to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of each agent. The situation of how much the customers’ assets and trade volume that the agents linked to each branches made is also needed. By this way, a reasonable agent evaluation system can be developed. From existing business systems which accumulated a lot of basic data, only limited business information can be obtained. Analysis can not be made in multi-dimension thoroughly. Meanwhile, to ensure the smooth progress of the dealing in securities is thought to be the most important thing. High consumption query is restricted greatly. And timely response can not be provided to the queries for the agents’ performance evaluation. An urgent problem to be solved is that how to construct an efficient agent customer analysis system. And by this system, a reasonable agent evaluation system can be made to improve the company core competitiveness.Firstly, the current situation and defection in the existing system are discussed. After it, why the agent customer analysis system should be based on OLAP is clarified. Upon the clarification, the main functions which are called leadership drive, client analysis, dynamic customer screening are discussed. And the core process, agent registration and remuneration extraction are analyzed. And then, the system’s J2EE structure is explored. How to design the core subsystems which are called data processing subsystem, dynamic reports subsystem and terminal display subsystem are discussed. The focuses are how to use OLAP technology to analyze the performance of the agents related to branches in different commission, assets and time dimensions. And how to use business intelligence tools to show these results to the decision makers of the enterprise by dashboard, graphics and reports. Furthermore, this system is compared with other similar system to find the characteristics of each other. Finally, a piece of advice is provided for the decision makers of enterprise to make a more reasonable agent evaluation system.
