Due to the rapid development of information technology, information systemnowadays plays a more important role in agricultural mechanization than ever before. Itspeeds up the development of modern agriculture by making this industry more effectiveand efficient. The quality of the products is also improved as the introduction of this kindof advanced management. The management department has a large collection of dataduring years of machine inspection and approval procedure. However most of the data arestored in the paper form, which makes it difficult for the staff to analysis. It somehowaffects the efficiency and quality of approval process. To solve this problem, I propose thedesign and implementation of an approval system of agricultural mechanization.Based on the requirement of the customer, I use a B/S based architecture, which takesadvantages from both J2EE and MVC. The system structure, with a five-layer architecture,use the middleware to access the database, generate page dynamic foreasy updates,and maintenance strengthen the interaction with the user, improve systemsecurity, realization of the agricultural mechanization, and achieved good social benefits.In this paper, we first sketch the background and purpose of this system. We study thefundamental technology before we describe the design in details. We then use a wholechapter to emphasize the essential modules of my system and the details ofimplementation. After a meticulous test on function, usage and security, the system nowhas been delivered to the customer and works well.
