Research And Exploitation Of Agricultural Modernization Management Information System Based On Internet

With the development of country economy, Chinese agricultural modernization has been accelerating. As a fundamental part of modern agriculture, the information management of agricultural mechanization is very important. This information is not only beneficial for the management department of agricultural mechanism, but also important for works of all government levels such as agricultural investment and decision-making, market analysis and increasing agricultural mechanism users' income. At present, there is defect in agricultural mechanization management and information collection, which result in eyeless investing of users and decision-making of enterprise according to scattered information, affect macroscopically decision-making of government and make agricultural mechanization not able to play its role.Aiming at main issues in agricultural modernization information management, on the basis of analysis models and software of agricultural mechanization management, the software of agricultural modernization management information system based on internet was developed in this paper. This software, which scientize, standardize and automatize information management, can meet the needs of departments and many agricultural mechanism manufacturers and operators, enhance contact between agricultural mechanism management departments and correlative departments, and improve agricultural modernization management on the whole.On the basis of analysis agricultural mechanization management mode in China, the responsibilities of all levels of department and their manners of utilizing information were expatiated. At the same time, agricultural mechanization information was classified, and its functions and data flow direction in the software system were described concretely.By analyzing agricultural mechanization information and its data flow direction, complying with the development of modern management information system, adopting Visual Basic 6.0 as development platform, using FTP program by TCP/IP to transmit files, adopting ASP technique in information transmission, BNAMMIS software was developed with the aid ofdatabase management system software-SQL Server 2000. The design ideas of thesoftware system include: improving system development and application effect by trying to adopt existing software, hardware and advanced development blueprint of management system adequately; making system comply with agricultural mechanization management provision, meet agricultural mechanization management needs and reach operation intuition, convenience, practicality and security demands; adopting modularization design to combine and maintain system function easily; making system maintain database very well and perform every operation according to the needs of users.Adopting Windows NT/2000/98 system as operation platform, BNAMMIS system software is interface friendly, operation simple and function complete, can meet the needs of correlative departments and individuals for agricultural mechanization information.
