According to the practical situation of the Red Star farm of Heilongjiang province, this paper analyses the specific about the flow of agricultural mechanization information managemnet in Red Star farm of Heilongjiang province, make out the database about agricultural mechanization information. This paper defines the functions module and at last the red star farm agricultural mechanization information management system based on network that has been developed. The system has the following characteristics: Firstly,it can realize the farm's terminal data input with the fluent data collecting channel and normative gathering scope and system. Secondly, system is used to implement the on-line inquiry and the analysis of scatter diagram. Furthermore, this system breaks through the stand-alone database system in the agricultural digitalized research to realize the database system in network environment by integrating the existing technologies.
