In the 21th century, information, material and energy are considered the three strategic important resources of development of society and economy. Society information is a strong index of the modernization of a country and its comprehensive national strength. To accomplish agricultural information is an important sign of agriculture in 21th century. But how to promptly accomplish agricultural information and how to rapidly develop agriculture, is a difficult problem that should be solved immediately at present.With the development of rural economic and the reform of economy system, agricultural mechanization equipments are on a large demand. At the same time, the information channel of agricultural mechanization equipment couldn't be gathered and promulgated quickly, which leads to department of agricultural mechanization equipment and farmers hardly obtained the information about technical parameters, performances and applicability of agricultural mechanization equipment. Presently, it is universal that more and more people purchase agricultural mechanization equipments blindly. On the other hand, the outdated management information systems of agricultural mechanization equipment could not meet agricultural modernization. Therefore, it is significant to research and develop a management information system of agricultural mechanization equipment for agricultural modernization.Based on the modern management theory, some mathematical modelings are constructed by system engineering theory, rough set theory, gray system theory, avail theory and neural network theory in this dissertation. It can resolve some actual problems, for instance, forecasting machine amount, agricultural machine power and prices. Certainly, the system can transfer, save, organize and analyze all kinds of information about agricultural mechanization equipment, and the result is very desirable.The main contributions are as follows:(1) Investigate the present situation and its existing problems of the management of agricultural mechanization at home and abroad, and probe to the objective and significance of research and development ofagricxiltural mechanization equipment management information system based on network.(2) Summarize the theory on MIS technology, DSS technology, EC technology and computer network technology, and give a new model of agricultural mechanization equipment management information system based on network.( 3 ) Describe setting up the management information system on Linux with PHP, Mysql, Apache Web Server in detail.(4) This system includes BP neural network forecasting model based on fuzzy clustering and rough principal factor analysis model, except for some typical mathematics models, for instance, Gray - Markov chain forecasting model, BP neural network model, avail theory model method, etc. They were used to resolve some actual problem, such as forecasting machine amount, agricultural machine power and prices.( 5 ) Analyze and design the system. The general scheme and system frame of this system is characterized in detail, which is comprised of market information subsystem, forecasting and decision subsystem and integrated information subsystem. This paper describes the design and function of each module by design principle of modular system. On the basis of the above mentioned, this system takes strong advantages of resource sharing across the internet, updating database, forecasting and decision online.(6) Finally, achieve the agricultural mechanization management systems based on the network. In addition, a resolution is brought forward for resolving security of this system.
