Agricultural mechanization,refers to the process of the use of advanced and applicable agricultural machinery to equipment agriculture,in order to improve the agricultural production and management conditions, and continuously improve the level of production technology, economic benefits and ecological benefits. The scientific evaluation of the level of agricultural mechanization development situation in present,which plays an important role in guide the agricultural production effectively,formulate corresponding policies and regulations and improve the overall management levels.The paper take the agricultural mechanization in Jinhua in Zhejiang province as the overall study object,through a multidisciplinary approach based on systematic investigation,field analysis,the comprehensive use of computer science,system science,regional economics and management science and so on.The study based on the analysis of agricultural development in Jinhua city,focus on the analysis of the agricultural mechanization system competitiveness,two second relative efficiency and as well as the output contribution which provided by agricultural mechanization.The paper main research content:1 Reflect the agricultural mechanization situation by the analysis of agricultural competitiveness,through the establishment of agricultural competitiveness evaluation index system, and the integrated use of Rough Set,Fuzzy Clustering,Information theory and other related data mining methods,to analysis the level of agricultural mechanization of Jinhua,and point out the existed problems.2 Through the introduction of the two relative benefit theory in economics, effectively eliminate the fundamental condition difference on the impact on performance evaluation, analyse technical efficiency level of the current agricultural system, and at the same time do the impact factor identification.3 The study of the factor which impacted the agricultural output based on the application of principal component methods,calculate the production function model in the use of Cobb-Douglas function and the analysis of the contribution rate of each influence factor by stage.4 The summary of the development foundation,development opportunity and existed problems in Jinhua in new situation,The suggestions and recommendations are given in the new future development directions.
