Design a set of TMS320F2812based main controller, TMS320DM6437and computeras secondary controllers for machine vision inspection of the transmission control systemresolutions.Analysis of visual inspection for the transmission characteristics of the control systemproposed technical specifications for each of the module. Design of the system hardwarerelated modules, including optical synchronization module, brushless DC motor(BLDC)control module.Used Matlab/Simulink modeling tools for BLDC control system was the establishmentfor the various kinds of modules. The use of double-loop control and PID control, simulationand analysis results effectively demonstrate the feasibility of the program. Designed a hostcomputer and the serial communication protocol TMS320F2812and computer clientinterface, TMS320F2812and TMS320DM6437through the CAN bus for data exchangeprotocol and its software implementation.For machine vision inspection of the transmission control system for the actual test, themotor speed speed range of300~3000r/min, speed error less than1%, DM6437, F2812andreliable communication between the computer, synchronization circuit can be very goodoptical to achieve ynchronization. The main advantage of this program is to give full play tothe digital signal processor (DSP) and real-time proprietary high-speed, reach and reliabilityof real-timesystem design requirements.
