The system of PSD is a high-tech and mechatronic product integrated with construction,mechanical, electronic and computer control. Meanwhile, it’s also an important device toguarantee the safety of passengers and the operation of metro system. As the key part of thePSD system, the PSD monitoring and control system has played a very important role, butalso faces great challenge. Therefore, developed a set of complete and practical PSDmonitoring and control system will playing a very active role in the following aspect such asensure the safety of passengers, improve the metro system engineering and its supportingfacilities, optimize the environment of metro waiting platform, improve the service level ofurban rail transit.From the perspective of practical application, firstly, this thesis researched thecomposition and functional requirements of the existing PSD monitoring and control system;Secondly, on the basis of analyzing the shortcoming in the aspects of linkage control functionand obstacle detection function appeared in field use of PSD monitoring and control system,the corresponding improvement measures are put forward,and a complete set of technicalsolutions is established; Finally, research and design have been done in both hardwarestructure and method of software realization according to the PSD monitoring and controlsystem which has been improved. Meanwhile, established a simulation experiment platformto verified the correctness and feasibility of PSD monitoring and control system which hasbeen designed in this thesis.This thesis based on the technology which used in DSP to drive Brushless DC motor,including the fuzzy PID control technology, Computer monitoring and controlling technology,the infrared light curtain obstacle detection technology and logic control process ofPSD, completed the design about PSD monitoring and control system which include software,hardware and its PC monitoring interface. In addition, feasibility and control performancehave been tested and validated throughout simulations in this thesis. The part of hardwaresystem mainly include the power module, DSP control module, obstacle detection module,drive module, protection circuit and other related peripheral detection circuit design; The partof software mainly includes the generation algorithm of speed curve in PSD, the self learningprogram of gate-width parameter, logic control process of logic gate in PSD, process of theobstacle detection, fuzzy PID control process of brushless DC motor, the generation methodof PWM, and the way of communication with upper computer; Monitoring interface of uppercomputer is mainly composed of eight modules including connection options, operation modeselection, manual button, the logic gate parameter settings, animation display, statusindication, error alarm and real-time operation curve; In the process of system testing, motor experimental platform is built to control system operation, the speed measured in the uppermachine, displacement curve is compared with the given speed and displacement curve tojudge the validity and feasibility of the system designed and to provide the test basic for thecontrol of system hardware.
