With energy security and air pollution pressures increase, the modern high-speeddevelopment of the society, people travel not only attach importance to energy savings,pay more attention to the protection of the living environment, in order to achieve thesustainable development of society. Electric bike just full of electricity can ride,eliminating the need for a motorcycle fuel costs, electric bicycles will not likemotorcycle exhaust emissions and pollution of the environment, which makes electricbike has a broad space for development.The controler of brushless DC motor of Electric bicycles is the core of controlsystem, the comfort of electric bicycles directly depends on the performance of thecontroler,therefore,in order to evaluate and compare the performance of the differentbrushless DC motor controler properly,we need to develop a suit of detectingsystem,which correspond with the actual environment of the electric bicycles,affording proof develop and improve driving system of electric bicycles.First, the paper inspection systems for motor development at home and abroadare outlined and described the brushless DC motor works. On this basis, this paperbrushless DC motor controller detects the overall system design, focuses on the totalcurrent controller, the total voltage and phase current detection technology principleand method. Secondly, the paper describes the detection system hardware components,including: Hall current sensors, high-speed ADC, the master chip selection. Thispaper focuses on the current and voltage signal acquisition circuit design andbrushless DC motor drive circuit design. Detection system according to demand, thepaper produced by Cypress MCU selected chip programmable PSoC CY8C24533microcontroller. Then, the paper describes the software components, softwarecomponents include: detection system data acquisition program design, brushless DCmotor driver design and a host computer interface design.Finally, the paper builds theelectric car brushless DC motor controller detects system platform. AND the detectionsystem for brushless DC motor controller operates the relevant parameters for thecollection. Through the analysis of experimental results demonstrate the accuracy ofthe detection system designed to achieve the desired design requirements.
