Rotating machines are popularly used in the industry world, advanced rotating machines usually have a self-diagnoses system to detect the working states of itself, and then get the best control strategy. This dissertation developed a self-diagnoses rotating machine control system using DSP processor and BLDC motor.Conventional DC motor's mechanical commutator and brush result in limited capability, low reliability, big noise. People manage to develop more quiet, high efficiency and reliability, big capability driving motor. With the development of the power-electronics and micro-control technique, permanent-magnet brushless DC motor which has small volume, light weight, high efficiency, low noise, big capability and reliability appeared and matured, so it is hopeful to become main motor applied in industry field. This dissertation presents a solution to control a permanent-magnet brushless DC motor using TMS320LF2407A. This new family of DSP enables cost-effective design of intelligent controllers for brushless motors which can fulfill more conditions, consisting of fewer system components, lower system cost and increased performances. In the aspect of vibration detection and analysis, the system gets two-way vibration signals. After magnifying and filtering, the signals are inputted to DSP , and are analysised by DSP based user's demand. The research is divided into three parts:①Based on TI's DSP TMS320LF2407A, IR's driving chip IR2130 and MOSFET the motor control and vibration detection circuit is designed.②With assemble language of DSP and C, the software program is written.③Based on theory analysis the experiment is processed, and its results proved that the design of the system is feasible.
