First, do the system needs analysis, including automatic dataprocessing capabilities of the platform module, PCB layout, line and optimization ofcomponents, while high-precision adjustment analysis of the hardware circuitry andsoftware algorithms; Second, for each module detailed design, using Visual C++6.0MFCautomatic data processing platform designed human-machine interface, using a20bit ADchip AD5791of digital to analog converter design high-precision DAC hardware circuit,and designing the SPI, SCI serial communication module timing, baud rate, etc. then,according to the timing features of chip AD5791,a detailed design has been made to theprogramming mode, research on PID control algorithm of the original system based onpattern recognition and finite state machine, to design a new hardware to adapt to theenvironment Advanced PID regulator algorithm.Finally, the system integration of various functional modules to be achieved, a lot ofexperiments and objective analysis on the evaluation of experimental results, obtained inthis system design is feasible and effective. |
