Due to the design of the Residential building,some residents who live in the backlight side can't get the sunlight for a long time,it can cause dark and humid in the room,and it is not conducive to the physical and mental health of the residents.The purpose of this paper is to reflect the sunlight into the residents' window by the dual-axis servo turntable to drive a plane mirror in order that the backlight side can also get the sunlight.This paper mainly studies the control system of dual-axis servo turntable.The mathematical model of the dual-axis servo turntable is set up,and the influence of friction and uncertainty is taken into account.The servo motor uses three closed loop control,which is the current loop speed loop and the position loop.Current loop control is provided by the actuator of the servo motor and provides over current protection.The speed loop is controlled by a fuzzy PID controller,and the fuzzy rules can adjust the parameters of the PID controller in real time,which makes the speed of the moter follow the desired speed quickly and steadily.The feedback information of the position loop isprovided by the camera acquisition,firstly through the camera to obtain video data and image data,and put them into capsual neural network to be recognited in order to find a window from the environment to complete the task,after image processing,position information obtained the sun light spot and windows and the method of PID and LQR control is adopted in the position loop.The collected image is proceed by gray transformation,high pass filtering,two valued processing,edge detection,the center coordinates would be obtained by hough transformation window shape detection,and the desired point coordinates as the position tracking of the hough transformation shape detection to obtain coordinates of sun spot center as the actual position.The results of location optimization are determined by kalman data fusion,and the result information is fed back to the processor.Finally,the system integration is completed to achieve the control target,and the sun light is reflected to the home,and the support vector machine is used for fault detection.
